Materials are accepted by the Hospitalized Veterans Writing Project (HVWP) year round. Once the manuscripts are “checked in,” they are then forwarded to the HVWP volunteer editors. Only manuscripts that follow these submission guidelines will be considered for publication in Veterans’ Voices:
