Magazine Rates: HVWP sends complimentary copies of Veterans’ Voices to all VA Medical Centers and to writing aides and other volunteers who assist hospitalized veterans with writing. Veterans, whose work appears in the current issue of the magazine, also receive complimentary copies. Hospitalized veterans or outpatients participating in the writing project, as well as educational institutions and libraries, qualify for special magazine rates as follows: $5 per issue or $10 per year. Others can subscribe to the magazine for $20 (minimum) per year.
